I awoke in the middle of the night to a brilliant light. It was the full moon shining down on me. I slept last night outdoors, under the stars, listening to the coyotes howling in the distance. I love Yosemite for everything it gives me. I slept in light thermals, a hat, two comforters and a pillow on an outdoor bed. It was likely around 30-40 degrees and lovely. I am so excited to be here this week, surrounded by Yosemite friends. Tomorrow, high country.
