It should probably be of no surprise, but I am surprised. I love archery and look forward to Tuesday afternoons. Photo of my first bow, it’s wooden and 20 lbs. As my skills increase, I move on to different bows. I found shooting to be very meditative, maybe what yoga is for some people, except I’m standing on wet grass, with the sun shining down on me. I get to use my core muscles for balance, while working on arm and back muscles for strength.
On the way home from the archery range, I also got to bike past my favorite animals in the Park – the bison.
