Garden of Dreams

There are only two things in the world that I think I can say I know very well. One is tea, the other is massage. I have traveled to many countries and have experienced many different spas and salons, but today, I experienced one of the very best massages. It was in Kathmandu by the Seeing hands clinic. Rajan is blind. He is 21 years old and was trained by London School of Sports Massage. I enjoyed the quickness in which he was able to identify the tight muscles and work on them exclusively. I felt instantly better and my body is without tension. I recommend it highly and not sure I will ever go back to sight massages.

The afternoon I spent reading in the garden of dreams and walked past the 3 Buddhas and a small sewing stall that produces monk threads. The statue at the Garden of Dreams was Nike, goddess of victory but over time with decay, she was recreated as Laximi, goddess of wealth and abundance.
